Saving and protection options |
Prompt for PDF file name |
Displays a dialog box that allows you, each time you print to a PDF file, to save the PDF file under another name and to a location other than the one defined by default. Once enabled, this option will display a dialog box when printing returns, forms or any other document that can be printed to a PDF file. |
Overwrite existing PDF files |
Automatically replaces existing PDF files in a specific location. When this option is disabled, an incremental number is assigned to each new file, with the result that existing files are not overwritten. |

Security |
Provides the ability of adding a default password when generating a PDF file. You can choose to be prompted for a password each time or you can use the social insurance number as the password. |
